The U.S. Education Needs to Teach the Basics of Financial Planning
The U.S. Education System prepares us to enter the real world by teaching us subject matter; it does not teach or inform on the basics if choosing employee benefits, what a 401k is, and other monetary and benefit type decisions that will need to be made. The day of selling products is over, it's about sharing stories that hit the heart strings on the reason to plan as life is more fragile than we realize!
